Hesperia Lake Park equestrian area closure

Hesperia Wranglers board officer asked why the equestrian area and Valchier Arena remain the only closed parts of the lake park, and asked the council as property owners to get answers and a timeline.

Tony's wife echoed the Wranglers' frustration, saying the claimed water line damage looks minor and offering to fix it herself so the arena can be ready for rodeos.
